Term & Conditions

Payment cannot be canceled or refunded during the agreed rental period.
International driving license for foreigners & National driving license of Indonesia.
If the vehicle is damaged caused by the renter, the renter is required to reimburse the repair insurance admission costs as follows :
1. Minor scuff damage per point Rp. 500.000,-
2. Moderate damage such as dents, broken glass, broken lights, torn body Rp. 500.000,- + 10 days of rental period
3. Serious damage resulting in the vehicle having to be towed Rp. 500.000,- + 45 days of rental period
It is not permitted to drive the car/motorbike outside the road (e.g Beach, Field,Etc)
The renter will fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car/motorbike to be driven by a person other than the renter.
It is not permitted to drive the car/motorbike outside the island without approval of car/motorbike Company.
Extension of contract should be informed one day before the end of the rental period.
The cancellation fee are 50% (We sincerely hope your commitment. We don’t charge any cancellation fee before the car/motorbike on the way to your place
If there are other things that are not stated in this contract and are proven to be detrimental to us as rental service providers, then the renter and partners who participated in the handover / rental sponsorship will be reported to the authorities with demands according to the shrimp law in force in the jurisdiction of the Regional Police Bali
